Really bad sugar cravings, PMS and anxiety. My cravings for sugar has definitely decreased from taking the supplements and also the anxiety and pms are way more manageable.
That in order to support my immune system and better my health, it also requires a well balanced diet. Supplements alone cannot solve the problem.

Before seeing Laura, I was getting random stomach aches. I was recently transitioning away from a vegetarian diet and I could not figure out what was causing the aches. She helped me identify a sensitivity to oats. Once I cut them out (which was difficult but she made it totally doable), not only did the stomach aches go away, but I felt more energized.
Nutrition response testing blew my mind. If anything, the most valuable thing I learned was how the human body works in regards to nutrition response testing. She explained it in such a way that it was easy for me to understand and see how it worked.
I would recommend her coaching program to anyone who's looking for accountability in their nutrition and knowledgeable insight on what your body needs specifically. I honestly wasn't sure where to start with supplements or nutrition help in general, but she helped guide me in the right direction. What I especially admired was that she never made me feel dumb or inadequate by the questions I had. I felt safe to ask what was necessary and I trusted her professional opinion.
The most important thing people should know about working with Laura is she will absolutely tell you like it is, because she truly cares about the health and well-being of her clients, and though it's always delivered with the absolute best intention and care. I remember when she told me I had a sensitivity to dairy and I was not happy with the results. I love cheese. She made me feel in a way that I wouldn't have to cut it out completely, or forever, but temporarily would make a big impact on my health. I also really appreciated that she never made me feel guilty about what I was eating. She always supported me in a way that made me reflect on certain meals, and honestly lack of meals, and connect it with the way my body felt afterwards.
Working with Laura has been life-changing. I was so amazed that after our initial consultation, she had asked me questions about my body that the answer was yes, and though they were never discussed. She had identified a fungal overgrowth in my body, which would not have been discovered otherwise, which was so clearly an explanation of menstrual and skin concerns I was having. She also helped with my experience of menstrual cramps which I discovered although my symptoms were common, they were not normal, and she helped get it them to a tolerable place. I am so grateful for my experience with Laura and she will absolutely be by go-to for help and support when it comes to any and all nutrition questions!
I was struggling with my menstrual cycle and getting my period every 2-3 weeks with horrible PMS. We started to work together in February and within the first 2 months my period was becoming more regular with less symptoms. I pretty much know to the day when I will start my cycle and for about 3 years it was all over the place.
That sometimes you need supplements that are unique to know will help to bridge the gap in diet and habits. I was also trying to self prescribe supplements for my symptoms and doing crazy restrictive diets and literally Laura created something for me and I am not on a diet and I feel the best I have in years.
Yes, as stated above. I had gone to my obgyn who wanted to put my on birth control or told me to live with the irregular periods and Laura helped me in a matter of two months. More than just my period she always asks me about my stress levels and sleep because she is invested in my wellness as a whole.

I feel like Laura cares not just about the one thing I came to her about but my well being as a whole. As we are working through my cycle issues she is always asking about my daily habits (including how I am doing during this pandemic) to make sure I am taking care of myself and building my immune system, sleeping well, managing stress levels, creating clean beauty habits as well. She is really non judgmental and truly listens.
